This image was taken to show how hectic Old Delhi is on a more of an individual level.
This image was taken in the Northern region of India called Ladakh. The goal of the picture was to try and show the girls personalities and emotions despite the language barriers.
This image was taken in Rajasthan at a bird conservatory. The man here brings food to the turtles and monkeys that live in the conservatory daily as part of his role in the temple.
This image was taken in New Delhi and was my first experience taking a picture of someone when there was a language barrier. Despite this, we were able to communicate well, and she was kind enough to let me take her picture.
This image was taken in Ladakh, India. The point of this image was to show the love and care that the monastery showed to the animals in the area.
While walking around a community in Rajasthan, a man gestures for my friend and me to take his picture. Rather than focusing on his amputated arm I wanted to show the fun and thoughtful personality we had seen.
While out to dinner one night we heard some music playing, so a few of us decided to check it out. We soon found a man at a small temple playing a local instrument.
While visiting a palace in Rajasthan, I came across a Window that led to a blocked off room. It was so peaceful compared to the chaos of the rest of the palace, and I wanted to show that.
